You can choose from four home types, depending on your space and budget.

Hibiscus apartments are 100 sq m. Plum semi detached homes are 200 sq m. Iroko detached homes are 250 sq m. Le Bao is our premium 400 sq m option, and it is limited to only 10 homes.

How do I start the buying process?

Start by telling us what you want and your timeline. We will guide you through the available designs, pricing, and what fits your plan. Once you choose, you secure your home with a XAF 3,000,000 reservation fee and we share your payment plan and next steps.

How does payment work?

After the XAF 3,000,000 reservation fee, you spread payments across the construction period. We agree a clear plan upfront that matches your cash flow, with transparent amounts and dates, so you always know what is coming next.

What happens to the reservation fee?

Your XAF 3,000,000 reservation fee is not extra. It is credited toward the total price of your home and counts as your first payment once your selection is confirmed.

Do I own the home outright?

Yes. Ownership is outright. Keys are handed over once the home is complete and your payments are finalized, along with the ownership documentation.

Can I visit the site or see the designs before paying?

Yes. You can schedule a consultation to walk through the designs, layouts, and finishes. If you are outside Cameroon, we can also do a call and share visuals so you can choose confidently from abroad.

What amenities will the estate have?

Zamba Ridge is planned as a full community, not just homes. Amenities include a gated environment, 24/7 security, a clubhouse, a mini market, a playground, and a swimming pool.

Will there be an HOA or estate management fees?

Yes, there will be an estate management structure to keep shared spaces maintained and standards high. The details and pricing will be shared soon. The goal is simple: the estate stays clean, secure, and beautiful, and your property value stays protected.

I am buying as an investor. Can FELOWA help me manage the home?

Yes. We are preparing an in house property management option for owners who want support with care, oversight, and tenant coordination. Details are coming soon, and you can join the interest list for updates.

How do I know my spot is secured once I pay?

Once you make the reservation fee, we issue confirmation and record your selected home type. You also receive your buyer pack and payment plan so everything is clear and documented.
